Local staff members work with sponsored families/children on how to best use their benefits to achieve personal and family goals. This may include:
Nutrition
Health care
Education and skills training
Improved living conditions
Seed capital for a small business or farm
Thanks for your encouragement and support. With your help, families are able to invest in their children's education, develop livelihoods, and become productive community participants.
Over time, the children and their families rely less on sponsorship and more on their own income-generating activities.
You will have the opportunity to build a personal relationship with the child/family you sponsor through letters, gifts and service trips. You will receive personal information about a child/family when you become a sponsor.
